摘要
目的:总结"糖尿病看图对话"教育经验,探讨其教育方式、方法在糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法:开展"糖尿病看图对话"辅导员培训,辅导员利用"看图对话"工具地图来诠释糖尿病的概念、病理和治疗,并结合大量病例,用对话卡片,提出糖尿病的相关话题和误区,引导患者提出问题,进行开放性的讨论。结果:"糖尿病看图对话"促进医患之间、病友之间的沟通与交流,寓教于乐的教育模式大大增加了患者的学习兴趣,加深患者的理解和记忆,建立健康的生活行为方式。结论:"看图对话"是目前最适合糖尿病患者的一种教育模式,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To summarize the application effect of diabetes ＂look at pictures to dialogue＂ education,to explore the way of education,methods of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods：To carry out the diabetic ＂look at pictures to dialogue＂ counselor training;counselors use ＂look at pictures to dia logue＂ tools map to interpret the concept of diabetes,pathology and treatment,combined with a large number of real,vivid example,using dialogue card,presented with diabetes related topics and misunderstanding,guide the patients presenting problem,for open discussion.Results：Diabetes ＂look at pictures to dialogue＂ between doctors and patients,promote the patient communication and exchanges between the fun,educational mode greatly increases the patient＇ s interest in learning,enhance patient understanding and memory,eventually bring critical behavior change.Conclusion：＂ look at pictures to dialogue＂ is the most suitable for diabetic patients with a mode of education.
