摘要
目的:总结"糖尿病看图对话"教育经验,探讨其教育方式、方法在糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法:开展"糖尿病看图对话"辅导员培训,辅导员利用"看图对话"工具地图来诠释糖尿病的概念、病理和治疗,并结合大量病例,用对话卡片,提出糖尿病的相关话题和误区,引导患者提出问题,进行开放性的讨论。结果:"糖尿病看图对话"促进医患之间、病友之间的沟通与交流,寓教于乐的教育模式大大增加了患者的学习兴趣,加深患者的理解和记忆,建立健康的生活行为方式。结论:"看图对话"是目前最适合糖尿病患者的一种教育模式,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To summarize the application effect of diabetes "look at pictures to dialogue" education,to explore the way of education,methods of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:To carry out the diabetic "look at pictures to dialogue" counselor training;counselors use "look at pictures to dia logue" tools map to interpret the concept of diabetes,pathology and treatment,combined with a large number of real,vivid example,using dialogue card,presented with diabetes related topics and misunderstanding,guide the patients presenting problem,for open discussion.Results:Diabetes "look at pictures to dialogue" between doctors and patients,promote the patient communication and exchanges between the fun,educational mode greatly increases the patient' s interest in learning,enhance patient understanding and memory,eventually bring critical behavior change.Conclusion:" look at pictures to dialogue" is the most suitable for diabetic patients with a mode of education.
