摘要
目的研究妊娠合并心脏病患者的妊娠结局，同时分析其相关的影响因素，以为其防控及诊治提供依据。方法选取2007年6月—2013年5月于余姚市进行孕期保健和产时分娩的87例妊娠合并心脏病患者为研究对象，对其妊娠结局进行分析研究，并将不同心功能分级、不同心脏病类型患者总的不良妊娠结局发生率进行统计及比较。结果87例妊娠合并心脏病患者总的不良妊娠结局发生率较高，其中心功能NYHA分级Ⅲ-Ⅳ级患者的母体、围产儿总不良妊娠结局发生率分别为94．70％和42．11％，明显高于I-Ⅱ级患者，心肌病、妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病的总不良妊娠结局发生率则高于其他疾病种类患者的总发生率，P均〈0．05，差异均有统计学意义。结论妊娠合并心脏病患者的妊娠结局相对较差，且受心功能分级及疾病种类的影响相对较大。
Objective To study the pregnancy outcome of patients with pregnancy complicated with cardiac disease, and analyze its related influence factors, in order to provide evidence for the controlling, diagnosis and treatment. Methods 87 patients with pregnancy complicated with cardiac disease in our hospital from June 2007 to May 2013 were set as research object, and total adverse pregnancy outcome rate of patients with different cardiac functional grading and cardiac disease types were compared. Results The adverse pregnancy outcome rate of 87patients with was high, and the total adverse pregnancy outcome rate of patients with NYHA grade IVwere 94.70% and 42.11% , and they were higher than those with grade I to Ill, the rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension heart disease were higher than those of other disease types, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The pregnancy outcome of patients with pregnancy complicated with cardiac disease was bad, and the influence of NYHA grading and disease types on it was great.
