摘要
本文探讨了通过加强医院内部管理,提高门诊及住院服务效率,优化调整医疗服务流程,推广新技术新项目等措施对缩短术前住院天数和出院者平均住院日的影响,实现了病人和医院利益双赢。
This paper describes the ways to effectively shorten preoperative hospital stay and average length of stay, including strengthening the hospital management, improving outpatient and inpatient service, optimization and adjustment of medical service structure, and the promotion of new technology after health reform, which finally can achieve win-win for both patients and hospitals.
