摘要
卓越体育人才是我国体育事业和体育产业发展的人力资本贮备的基础,对我国体育事业和体育产业的导向及发展具有极其重要的作用和影响,是促进我国全民健身运动广泛开展,提升我国竞技体育运动水平,推动我国向体育强国迈进的坚实后盾。本文通过对卓越体育人才的界定,探讨了培养卓越体育人才意义和作用,提出了影响卓越体育人才培养的因素。旨为提升我国体育人才培养质量、层次献言纳谏。
