摘要
遵循军队现行医疗经费保障制度,借鉴地方政府对公立医院的补偿经验,在军队人员持卡就医基础上,依托军人保障卡医疗保障管理系统平台,开展基于医疗项目成本核算基础上的军队医疗费用实耗补偿机制研究,使军队人员医疗费用实耗补偿机制更加科学化、规范化、标准化。
A study of compensation mechanism and support methods on actual consumption of military medical fees on the basis of medical cost accounting is performed by following the support system of current military medical fees, using the experience of local government compensation for public hospitals, focusing on national standards of advanced management, on the basis of the military medical cardholders, and relying on the military security card of medical support system, in order to make actual consumption of military medical fees more institutionalized, regulatory and standardized.
