摘要 传统的工业仪表监测生产过程都是使用有线的方式,但遇到现场条件复杂的情况,走线的方式将会变得很困难而且加大了成本,为方便快捷地读取工业仪表的运行情况和数据,文中提出一种无线智能网关的设计方案;该技术应用于工业监测过程中,并利用虚拟仪器LABVIEW和数据库对数据进行采集、存储和管理;对设计的系统作了整体功能测试以及通信距离、丢包率的测试,结果表明,设计的无线智能网关具有低功耗、高可靠性和稳定性等优点。 Most of the industrial production process is monitored by traditional wired industrial instruments. When the site condition is very complex , wiring will be more difficult and the cost will be also increased. To read the data of field instruments and inquiry the running status of the instruments, this paper presents a design scheme of wireless intelligent gateway. And the technology will be applied to industrial process monitoring. It realises data sampling, data storage and data management by Labview and SQL server. The tests of general function, communication distance and packet loss rate are taken on the system designed, and the result shows that the system has the advantages of low power consumption, high stability.
