摘要
通过对数字图书馆和知识产权关系的介绍,分析了数字图书馆构建与服务中知识产权问题,进而提出了数字图书馆建设服务中知识产权保护的几点应对策略。
This paper introduces the relation of digital libraries and intellectual property, and analysis intellectual property issues of construction and services of digital library, and proposed some coping strategies of intellectual property issues of construction and services of digital library.
