摘要
随着图书馆事业迅速发展,编目培训工作已逐渐成为图书馆重要的日常服务工作之一。文献编目工作的质量体现了图书馆基础业务工作水平,而编目员的岗位技能和业务水平不会一蹴而就。文章分析了编目工作现状以及编目工作的重要作用,对做好网络环境下的好编目培训工作提出建议。
With the rapid development of librarianship, the catalogue training has become one of the important daily service works. The quality of cataloging work reflects the working ability of library basic business. The cataloger＇s job skills and working ability will not accomplish at one stroke. This paper analyzes the current situation and important role of catalogue. Furthermore, the proposal for how to implement catalogue work under network environment is presented.
