摘要
就高校图书馆建设科研成果知识库的意义、方法、建设过程中面临的版权问题等进行探讨,目的是使高校科研成果借助图书馆的信息平台,更好地发挥作用,同时提高高校图书馆服务能力,增强高校核心竞争力。
In this paper, the significance of the construction of knowledge base which is for the scientific research in the Uni- versity Libraries, its construction method and the copyright issues in the process of construction are discussed. The purpose is to make the results of university research play a better role with the help of library information platform, improve the service ability of university library at the same time and strengthen the key competitiveness of colleges and universities.
