摘要 为了对弧齿锥齿轮精确建模方法进行探讨,在对产形线切齿法原理研究的基础上,提出了一种利用MATLAB和CATIA自带的宏程序对弧齿锥齿轮进行精确建模的方法。分析了弧齿锥齿轮齿形和齿面的形成机理,推导了弧齿锥齿轮齿面的方程,确定了弧齿锥齿轮齿面的界限;利用弧齿锥齿轮基锥螺旋角求出了节锥螺旋角。并建立了一个右旋弧齿锥齿轮精确模型,结果表明这种建模方法理论正确、简单可行,为对弧齿锥齿轮进行有限元分析等后续研究提供了依据。 In order to discuss the method for accurate modeling of the spiral bevel gear,a accurate modeling method for the spiral bevel gear by using MATLAB and the macro program of CATIA is proposed, based on the study of the theory of the tracing line cutting method. An analysis was made of the formation mechanism of the tooth profile and tooth surface of the spiral bevel gear, a determination was made of the boundary of the tooth surface of a spiral bevel gear, the pitch cone helix angle was obtained by utilizing the base cone spiral angle of the spiral bevel gear and a precise model of the right-handed spiral bevel gear was established. The results show that the modeling theory is correct and the method is simple and feasible. The results provide a basis for subsequent studies such as finite ele-ment analysis of the spiral bevel gear.
