摘要 贫油熄火极限是衡量舰船燃气轮机燃烧室性能的重要参数之一,针对贫油熄火极限的数值预测,提出并详细阐述了特征参数准则的核心原理和预测流程,并使用计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT数值模拟分析了某环形燃烧室和某环管型燃烧室的贫油熄火过程,得到了主燃孔及旋流器流量分配和油滴平均直径对燃气轮机贫油熄火极限的影响规律,并与实验值进行了对比。结果表明:使用特征参数准则所得计算值与实验数据误差较小,适用于指导工程实践。 Lean blowout ( LBO) is one of the most important parameters on marine gas turbine combustor perform-ance. A new method named Feature-Parameter-Criterion ( FPC) for predicting LBO was put forward in the present work. The CFD software FLUENT was used to simulate the process of LBO on annular combustor and cannular com-bustor. The effects of flow split among swirlers, primary holes, and droplet average diameter on the LBO of gas tur-bine combustor were discussed by using of FPC. The results show that the predictions of FPC are in agreement with corresponding experimental data. It shows that this method for predicting lean blowout is reliable and can be used for engineering applications.
