摘要
以海口市为研究对象，采用全排列图示指标法，对海口市城乡统筹发展进行综合评价，研究结果表明：评价采用简单易行的全排列多边形图示指标法，减少了主观干预，评价结果不仅简洁直观，而且临界值对系统综合指标的放大和紧缩效应，表明海口市达到城乡统筹发展高程度的难度不断增大，反映了系统整合原理；虽然海口市2006～2011年城乡统筹发展程度不断提高，但是其总体水平较低，与其他城市存在较大差距；海口市应依托海南自身资源特色和区位优势，探索形成城乡一体化发展机制。
The author comprehensively evaluated the level of urban and rural harmonious development in Haikou city by using entire-array-polygon indictor method .The results indicated that using the simple and practicable entire -array-polygon indictor method to evaluate the level of urban and rural harmonious development could decrease the subjective intervene , and the obtained e-valuation results were concise and visual .The magnification and contractionary effects of critical value on the comprehensive index of the system showed that reaching a high level of urban and rural harmonious development in Haikou city would be more and more dif -ficult, reflecting the systematic integration principle .Although the level of urban and rural harmonious development in Haikou city from 2006 to 2011 enhanced unceasingly , the general level was still relatively low as compared with that of other cities .Haikou city should rely on own resource characteristics and geographical advantages , and explore the mechanism of forming the urban and rural harmonious development .
