摘要
在深入分析工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化对人居环境影响因素的基础上,基于"四化"同步发展的目标,从经济发展、基础设施、公共服务设施、生态建设和居住环境5个方面构建了"四化"同步发展下人居环境评价指标体系,并以西安市高陵县为例,采用熵值法对其进行了评价。结果表明:(1)高陵县8个乡镇、2个管委会的人居环境整体差异较大,人居环境评价差异与经济发展水平差异状况基本吻合,经济发展是影响人居环境的关键因素;(2)"四化"同步发展下人居环境存在4种类型:工业促进型、城镇引领型、农业依托型和信息推进型。
The influences of industrialization , informatization , urbanization and agricultural modernization on human settlement environment were deeply analyzed .On the basis of this , an index system for the evaluation of human settlement environment under“Four modernizations” synchronous development was built from the following 5 aspects：economic development , infrastructure, pub-lic service facilities, ecological construction and dwelling environment .Using this index system and entropy method , we evaluated the human settlement environment of Gaoling county in Xi＆#39;an city.The results indicated that there was great difference in human set-tlement environment among 8 townships and 2 management committees of Gaoling county , which was basically consistent with the difference in the level of economic development .So the level of economic development was the key factor affecting the human settle -ment environment .Under“Four modernizations” synchronous development , the human settlement environment could be divided into the following four types：industry promoting type , town leading type , agriculture relying type , and information pushing type .
