摘要
针对国家烤烟生产调控调优、转型跨越和逐步向优势潜力烟区转移的政策导向,结合黔西南州发展特色"山地清甜香型"优质烤烟生产的自然气候、土地资源、特色品质、市场需求、科技基础等优势及问题,提出了进一步依靠科技进步、突显品质特色、加强科技攻关、构建现代烟草农业生产经营体系等发展对策。
Aiming at the national policy orientation for flue -cured tobacco production , according to the several advantages or problems （ natural climate condition , land resources , uniqueness and quality , market demand , and scientific and technological foun-dation） in developing unique “mountain-sweet-flavor” type high-quality flue-cured tobacco production in Qianxinan prefec-ture, Guizhou province , this paper put forward the following developmental strategies：further depending on the scientific and tech-nological progress , highlighting the quality and unique feature , tackling key science and technology advantages or problems , and building a modern management system for tobacco production .
