凉山烟区云烟97适宜采收成熟度研究 被引量:5

Study on Suitable Harvest Maturity of Tobacco Variety Yunyan 97 in Liangshan Area

摘要 研究了烤烟品种云烟97采收成熟度对烤后烟叶质量的影响,为凉山烟区推广该品种提供适宜采收成熟度参考。以打顶后时间设置3个采收成熟度处理,对比分析了采收成熟度对烤后烟叶外观质量、经济性状、常规化学成分和感官质量的影响。结果表明:凉山烟区云烟97品种适宜的采收成熟度为:下部叶,烟叶打顶后7 d左右,叶面浅绿色,面积占全叶50%,主脉1/3变白;中部叶,烟叶打顶后21 d左右,叶面浅黄色,面积占全叶80%,主脉2/3变白;上部叶,打顶后42 d左右,叶面黄色明显,面积占全叶90%,主脉基本变白。 In order to provide reference for the cultivation and harvest of tobacco variety Yunyan 97 in Liangshan tobacco -planting area, the author studied the effects of 3 different harvest maturities on the appearance quality , economic characters , chemi-cal compositions , and smoking quality of baked tobacco leaves of this variety .The results showed that the appropriate picking time of lower leaf of Yunyan 97 in Liangshan area was about 7 days after topping , at that time the lower leaf had 50%reseda leaf surface of the whole leaf , and 1/3 whitened main veins;the proper harvest date of middle leaf was about 21 days after topping , when the mid-dle leaf had 80%light yellow leaf surface of the whole leaf , and 2/3 whitened main veins;that of upper leaf was about 42 days after topping, at that time the upper leaf had 90%distinctly yellow leaf surface of the whole leaf , and almost total whitened main veins .
