摘要
针对传统的船舶燃气轮机发电机组实时仿真方案的不足,基于无刷直流电机恒扭矩控制系统,提出了一种新的实时仿真方案。开发了某型三轴燃气轮机实时仿真模型和无刷直流电机驱动控制器,最终实现了船舶燃气轮机发电机组实时仿真平台。针对机组突增、突减负载的过程开展的实时仿真实验表明,新方案在保证仿真精度的前提下,可以很好地满足仿真实时性。
To overcome the shortcomings of the real-time simulation for the traditional marine gas turbine generator set, a new scheme was presented based on the constant torque control system of the brushless DC motor. The theoretical basis of the new scheme was discussed and the real-time simulation model of a specific type of triaxial gas turbine and the drive controller of the brushless DC motor were developed, and eventually a real-time simulation platform for the ship gas turbine generator set was achieved. The experiment conducted on the sudden load-up and sudden load rejection for the marine gas turbine generator set was completed and proved that the new scheme of the real-time simulation could ensure the simulation's accuracy and meet real-time requirements.
