肾脏钾离子通道的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 钾离子通道是镶嵌于膜脂质中的蛋白复合体 ,其广泛地存在于各组织的细胞膜表面 ,在不同的组织细胞中分别执行着重要的生理功能。肾脏由于是机体进行钾代谢、维持钾平衡的主要器官 ,因此 ,肾脏组织的钾离子通道具有较为重要的生理意义。本文对有关肾脏钾离子通道的生理功能、分布特点及其调控等问题的研究进展简要综述。
