摘要
针对目前科里奥利粉料流量测控系统模拟量通讯漂移和易受干扰的缺点以及测量信号传输距离受限的现状,文中提出了将PROFIBUS-DP总线和CAN总线技术运用到测控系统中,并给出了设计方案。采用PROFIBUS-DP总线替代模拟量与现场PLC通信,使得通信变得智能可靠。通过CAN总线传送测量信号,使得测量信息的传输更加准确,测控仪表的安装位置变得灵活,能够隔离恶劣的现场环境,提高了系统的测控精度和可靠性。
In order to improve the weakness of analog communication and increase the transmission distance of measuring signal,this paper describes a method by using PROFIBUS-DP and Controller Area Network (CAN)technology in The Coriolis Powder Measuring Meter.Meanwhile this paper gives the solutions.Using PROFIBUS-DP to communication with the local PLC instead of analog can makes the communication more intelligence and reliable.Using the CAN field-bus to transport the measuring signal can makes the signal more accuracy.At the same time,the installation work becomes easier.The measuring meter can be installed far away from the bad environment and be more accurate and reliable.
