摘要
脑损伤后手功能障碍的康复是目前临床上的一个难题,我国西医康复临床资源匮乏,且治疗效果并不理想.而中国传统康复医学在脑卒中后肢体功能康复中越来越受到重视,包括针刺、艾灸、推拿、中药熏洗和外敷及新的中医康复技术手段在脑损伤手功能障碍康复中正在被广泛应用,但临床上并未有被统一的应用标准和认识,值得研究.本文综述中医康复在脑损伤后手功能障碍中的研究现状,以提供参考.
The rehabilitation of hand dysfunction after brain damage is a difficult problem at present, in our country, the western rehabilitation re- sources are scarce, and the effect is not ideal, While the Chinese traditional rehabilitation medicine in rehabilitation of limb function after stroke has been paid more and more attention, including acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, Chinese herbal fumigation and external application, and some new TCM rehabilitation technical means are being widely used in rehabilitation of hand dysfunction after brain damage, but there is still no unified clini- cal application standards and understanding, which worth studying. This article has summarized the research status of application of TCM rehabilita- tion in hand dysfunction after brain damage, in order to provide some references.
