摘要
目的：探讨老年性髋部骨折术后应用康复治疗的效果.方法：康复治疗老年性髋部骨折术后患者245例,观察效果.结果：死亡19例,余226例患者优86例,艮101例,可29例,差10例,优良率为82.7％.结论：老年性髋部骨折术后应用综合康复疗法疗效显著,优良率高,促进骨折愈合及功能恢复.
Objective： To investigate the effects of rehabilitation on senile hip fracture postoperative. Methods： 245 cases of senile hip fracture postop- erative were treated with rehabilitation, to observe the effects. Results： 19 cases died, 86 cases of 226 patients remaining were excellent, 101 cases good, 29 cases qualified, 10 cases poor, the excellent and good rate was 82.7%. Conclusion： Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on senile hip frac- ture postoperative is significantly effective, and the excellent and good rate is high, promoting fracture healing and functional recovery.
