摘要
颈型颈椎病是最常见的颈椎病类型之一,其发病渐呈年轻化、职业化趋势,易反复发作,常困扰人们的生活和学习.近年来,越来越多的研究证实,维持颈椎稳定的颈椎周围筋肉系统病变常为颈型颈椎病发病的重要因素,且随着针灸医学的不断发展,现代医家越来越重视在临床上以经筋理论为依据来治疗颈型颈椎病,并取得了良好疗效.本文将结合颈型颈椎病的临床表现和颈“筋”作用探讨经筋理论与颈型颈椎病的密切关系.
Neck type of cervical spondylosis is one of the most common type of cervical spondylosis, its incidence has presented a trend of rejuvena- tion and professionalizing, and it＇s easy to repeated attack that often perplexes people＇s life and study. In recent years, more and more research con- firms that, the lesion of brawn system around cervical spine that maintains the stable of cervical spine is often an important factor of the incidence of neck type of cervical spondylosis,with the continuous development of acupuncture, modern medical practitioners have paid more and more attention to treat neck type of cervical spondylosis according to the muscle region theory, and achieved good results. This article would combine the clinical manifestations of neck type of cervical spondylosis and the role of neck＇s ＂brawn＂ to investigate the close relationship between muscle region theory and neck tvne of cervical snondvlosis.
