摘要
忠诚是保证军队战斗力和凝聚力的重要基石。本文在国内外相关文献研究的基础上,系统梳理了军人忠诚度的内涵概念、结构维度、测量工具及相关变量等方面的研究成果。本文对军人忠诚度研究现状进行综合整理,对新形势下我军管理实践有一定的启示和参考价值。
Royalty of soldiers is regarded as the headstone of the combat effectiveness and cohesion of an army. On the basis of reviewing the research on the soldiers＇ royalty at home and abroad, the concept, structural dimensions, measure- ments, and related variables of soldiers＇ royalty have been sorted out systematically, revealing the shortness within the current research. The comprehensive review is enlightening and valuable for the military arrangement praetice of PLA today.
