摘要
根据传热学理论和热网络法,以某型直升机尾减速器弧齿锥齿轮传动系统为研究对象,综合考虑各种传热方式对温度的影响,建立该齿轮传动系统温度场Simulink仿真计算模型。基于该模型,计算获得该齿轮传动系统在正常润滑条件下的温度场随时间的变化曲线。通过与稳态温度场传统算法结果的对比分析,表明该模型计算结果更为准确可靠。由于该模型能计算获得温度场的时变过程,因此可用于瞬态温度场分析研究,这对齿轮传动系统的热特性分析及润滑设计有重要意义。
According to heat transfer theory and thermal network method, taking the spiral bevel gear transmission system of a helicopter tail reducer as research object, considering the influence on the temperature caused by all kinds of heat transfer, the calculation model of the temperature field Simulink simulation was established. Based on the model, the temperature curve varying with time was calculated in the normal lubrication. Through contrast and analysis with the traditional algorithms of the steady-state temperature field, the results show that the model is more accurate and reliable. Because the model can calculate the temperature field of time-varying process, it can be used to analysis the transient temperature feld. Therefore, it has very important significance in thermal characteristics analysis and lubrication design of gear transmission system.
