摘要
中草药成分复杂,起抗氧化作用的往往是多种成分的混合物。笔者等介绍了中草药提取物的分类、提取方法及其抗氧化作用,在此基础上对中草药提取物的抗氧化性及其作用机理的研究进展进行综述,对其研究前景进行展望,以期为后续深入研究提供参考。
The authors summarized the classification and oxidation resistance mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine extracts, and discussed the determination of oxidation resistance. On this basis, research progress on Chinese herbal extracts oxidation resistance was summarized, so as to provide reference for the further research
