摘要
目的:制备具有Nernst响应的马来酸桂哌齐特PVC膜离子选择电极。方法:以马来酸桂哌齐特与碘汞酸盐形成的缔合物为电活性物的新型聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜马来酸桂哌齐特选择电极,电极的线性响应范围为1.5×10-6~2.1×10-2mol·L-2,极差电位为55mV/pC,检测下限为2.9×10-7mol·L-1。结果:该电极响应迅速,重现性好。以该电极测定了马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的含量,平均回收率为97.5%,RSD≤3.24%。结论:聚氯乙烯膜电极法可简便、快速、准确地检测出马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的含量。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of cinepazide maleate injection by ion-selective electrode. METHODS A new polyvinyl chloride membrane-cinepazide maleate iomselective electrode based on cinepazide maleate and mercuric iodide salts association complex was firstly prepared. RESULTS The electrode showed Nernst response for cinepazide maleate with a slope of 55 mV/pC in the concentration range of 1.5 ×10-6~2.1×10-2mol·L-2. The detection limit was 2. 9 ×10-7mol·L-1. The electrode had fast response and good reproducibility. The electrode has been used for the determination of cinepazide mal- eate injection. The average recovery was 97. 5% and RSD was lower than 3.24%. CONCLUSION The method can be used to determine the contents of cinepazide maleate in injections simply, rapidly and accurately
