摘要
嵌入中国男权社会的女性参与,与正在崛起的中国式个体化迎面相逢,两者相互启蒙、互为因果。论文通过分析两届北京市政协提案中女性委员的参与频度和效度,发现十年间女性委员的人均提案总量、人均优秀提案数及优秀提案产出率均全面超过男性,且呈现"后起式"及"脱域式"的参与特征。这一高层次女性参与缩影显示,在女性参与总量不断递增、内容不断深入中国社会治理内核的进程中,强调自我认同、突出自助发展的个体化浪潮与之互相推涌,即便前路艰险,但持续发展的态势已不可阻挡。
Women＇ s participation embedded in Chinese patriarchal society is meeting the indi- viduation head-on, the two is in the reciprocal enlightenment and causation. By analyzing the women＇ s participating frequentness and validity in the two terms＇ proposals of Beijing CPPCC, the paper observed that proposals, good proposals and productivity of good proposals from per female council member fully exceeded per male council member＇ s in ten years. It took on a latecomer de- veloping and separate participating quality. The epitome of high-level women＇ s participation displays that the participating total are at an ever increasing rate and the participating contents are constantly deepening in the core of Chinese social governance. The women＇ s participation and the individua- tion with self-identity and self-development form each other factor. Even if the road ahead is tough, the sustainable development will become an inevitable tendency.
