摘要
对新油封、轴承中拆解的油封和故障油封的橡胶材料及成品性能进行了测试。结果表明:油封胶料性能及新油封橡胶与骨架剥离强度满足相关技术要求;故障油封出现橡胶与骨架开裂脱胶现象的主要原因是骨架耐腐蚀性不足,骨架腐蚀后锈蚀导致骨架与粘接剂之间的界面发生破坏,从而导致裂纹及脱胶现象。
The rubber materials of the new oil seal, oil seal disassembled from bearings and oil seal with trouble as well as the performances of finished products are tested.The results show that the performance of oil seal material and the peeling strength between the rubber of the new oil seal and the frame can meet relevant technical requirements;The main reason for separation between the rubber and frame in the oil seal with trouble is that the anti-corrosion performance of the frame is not sufficient,after corrosion of the frame,the interface between the frame and the adhesive is damaged,causing cracks and adhesive failure.
