摘要
针对城市轨道车辆、高速动车组和铁道机车车辆,对比分析了采用CJJ 96—2003标准、UIC 505标准和动力学方法计算车辆动态包络线的异同。探讨了将动力学仿真结合CJJ 96—2003标准计算动态包络线的方法,分析了将UIC 505标准应用于一般铁路限界计算的方法,研究了故障工况下的包络线计算方法。此外,还编制了限界计算软件,并给出了简单的算例。
In view of the urban rail vehicles,high speed multiple units and railway locomotive and rolling stock,the differences and similarities of applying CJJ 96-2003Standard,the UIC 505Code and dynamics method to calculate the dynamic gauge are compared and analyzed.The method of combining dynamics simulation with the CJJ 96-2003Standard to calculate the dynamic gauge is discussed.The method to apply UIC 505Code in common railway gauge calculation is analyzed.The calculation method for the dynamic gauge in working conditions with trouble is researched.Furthermore,the gauge calculation software is compiled,and simple calculation examples are given.
