摘要
在温室中采取垄作(芹菜采用平畦撒播种方法),供试品种为"春甜三号"甜瓜、东农709番茄、八月绿菜豆、实心芹芹菜、长白大葱,研究设施中番茄、菜豆、芹菜、大葱与甜瓜轮作,对甜瓜根区土壤微生物菌落数量的影响。结果表明,菜豆-芹菜-甜瓜轮作根区土壤细菌菌落数量显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05);定植后40、50d,菜豆-芹菜-甜瓜轮作根区土壤真菌菌落数量显著低于其他各处理(P<0.05);甜瓜连作处理根区土壤尖孢镰刀菌菌落数量显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05)。综上所述,菜豆和芹菜与甜瓜轮作对甜瓜根区土壤微生物菌落数量有显著的影响,土壤从真菌型土壤向细菌型土壤转化。
The melon cuhivar "Chuntian 3",the tomato cuhivar "Dongnong 709",the bean cultivar "August Green",the celery cultivar "Solid Celery" and the onion cuhivar " Changbai " were used as materials tak- ing ridge planting in the greenhouse (celery using flat beds and sowing method).Tomatoes,beans, celery and onion are used to crop rotation cultivation in the greenhouse, in order that we compared the effect of the number of soil microorganism.Results show that the eoramunity number of soil bacteria is significantly higher than other treatments on the crop rotation of beans and celery (P 〈 0.05);the community number of soil fungi is significantly lower than other treatments on the crop rotation of beans and celery (P 〈 0.05);the community number of soil fusarium is significantly higher than other treatments on the contronl treatment (P 〈 0.05).To sum up the crop rotation of bean,~ and celery has significant inhibitory effect on the number of soil microorganism colony of melon root zone soil and the types of fungi soil changes into the types of bacteria soil.
