针对硫、氧混合镍矿中可溶性矿物较多的特点 ,本研究采用沉淀剂石灰 ,使矿浆中可溶性离子Ni、Fe、Mg等生成难溶的Ni(OH) 2 、Fe(OH) 2 、Mg(OH) 2 沉淀等 ,消除了对浮选的不利影响。沉淀浮选法比常规法提高回收率 2 0
According to the much solubity mineral of the alnico mineral consisted of S and O,this research show that applying lime to precipitator it can make the soluble ion such as Ni、Fe、Mg and so on in the solublemineral slurry become the infusible substance as Ni(OH) 2、Fe(OH) 2、Mg(OH) 2. So to avoid the unfavorable influence of the precipitation. The precioitation floatation increase 20% of the recover rate compare to generally means.
