摘要
为了改善汽轮机控制系统的静态响应和动态响应特性,针对一类典型的凝汽式汽轮机控制系统,建立了控制系统的数学模型,并采用预测函数控制进行控制器设计,最后基于Matlab平台对控制方法进行了验证。仿真结果表明,提出的预测函数控制在处理汽轮机甩负荷时,比传统的PID控制器性能更优,瞬态调速率和稳定时间有较大的改进。该方法具有计算简单、响应快、方便调节等优点,明显改善了汽轮机控制系统的控制品质。
For satisfying the high performance requirement of steam turbine control system ,a controller based on predictive functional control ( PFC) is proposed in this paper .Firstly the mathematical model of the turbine control system is built , and then the load shedding performance of the proposed controller is simulated and verified on Matlab .The simulation results show that the proposed PFC method obtains better control performance including improvements on steady recovery time and transient speed regulation compared with the conventional PID controller .The PFC controller with the benefits of fast response ,simple calculation and convenient regulation can greatly improve the control quality of steam turbine control system.
