摘要
利用有限元仿真软件以1 000MW汽轮发电机组为对象,针对刚性联轴器不对中耦合碰摩故障问题,建立有限元分析模型,利用频谱图进行汽轮机组振动响应特性的分析。得出在不同的转速范围内,系统产生不同的频谱响应,为汽轮机组不对中故障的特性的分析提供依据。
Based on the finite element analysis , the actual 1 000 MW steam turbo-generator unit was established , and was researched on the faults caused by misalignment and rub .By virtue of frequency spectrum diagrams ,the dynamic responses of the system were analyzed .The results show that in different ranges of the ration , the system will display different characters ,providing technical references for the researches of the failure .
