摘要
结合我国钢筋生产工艺的发展变化和承钢生产热轧钢筋的实践 ,指出我国钢筋产品质量上仍与国外同类产品有一定差距 ,我国钢筋升级换代的主要技术路线是微合金强化和轧制钢筋的余热直接热处理 ;生产低成本、高质量的优质热轧钢筋 ,不断满足国内外现代化建筑行业发展的需求 ,是生产热轧钢筋企业的追求。
Based on development of reinbar production in China and the practice at Chenggang, it is evident that the quality of China made reinbars is poorer than international standards. The ways to upgrade are:micro alloying and thermo mechanical treatment.The aim of reinbar producers is to produce high quality reinbars with lower cost.
