超低碳贝氏体钢ULCB600组织结构及性能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了超低碳贝氏体钢 U L CB6 0 0的组织结构及力学性能 ,研究结果表明 :U L CB6 0 0钢的基体组织为贝氏体铁素体 ,其上分布有细小的 Nb(C,N)及ε- Cu粒子 ,板条间有少量 M- A岛 ,经 6 5 0℃时效处理后 ,M- A岛发生回火转变分解成回火索氏体 ,并有较多的ε- Cu粒子析出。性能测试结果表明该钢的强韧性匹配良好 ,其力学性能达到较高水平。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra low carbon bainitic steel ULCB600 is investigated in this paper.The results show that the matrix microstructure of ULCB600 is bainitic ferrite,the ε Cu and Nb (C,N)precipitates are distributed in the matrix,there is some M A island among the bainitic lath.In case of 650 ℃ ageing,the M A island is changed into tempered sorbite,a great deal of ε Cu particles are precipitated. The results of mechanical test indicate that ULCB600 steel has excellent suited strength and toughness,that means its mechanical properties achieve a higher level.
