摘要
在简要分析原辊型配置应用情况的基础上 ,提出了对四机架冷连轧机支撑辊型配置 (包括辊型曲线和辊型凸度 )综合优化的方案。强适应性支撑辊的优化设计是以四机架冷连轧机为对象 ,以板形为目标函数 ,以遗传算法为优化方法进行设计的。叙述了强适应性支撑辊在鞍钢冷轧厂四机架冷连轧机上的成功应用及取得的良好效果。
This paper simply analyses the work of the exisiting backup rolls, and brings forward a project to optimize the backup rolls on 4 stand tandem cold strip mill. The optimization design of highly adaptive backup rolls is used on the 4 stand tandem cold strip mill. The target function is strip shape, and the optimization method is genetic algorithms. This paper also describes the successful application of optimized highly adaptive backup rolls on 4 stand tandem cold strip mill at Anshan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. and the good results obtained.
