摘要
为研究往复轴磁性液体密封所存在的问题,从实验中探析了往复轴在不同速度和不同行程时磁性液体的流动状态,研究了往复轴磁性液体密封耐压能力和往复轴运动速度及位移的关系,并得出了密封失效的原因,提出了新型往复轴磁性流体密封结构的构思。
To study the magnetic fluid seal of reciprocating shaft, the authors analyze the current status of the mag- netic fluid for different velocities and different strokes, research the effect of strokes and velocities on the anti - pressure ability of the magnetic fluid in reciprocating shafts, and finds the reason for the failure of the magnetic flu- id seal of reciprocating shaft. According to this, the authors propose some new ideas for the magnetic fluid seal of reciprocating shaft.
