摘要
某底座零件在加工后出现支撑孔同轴度超差问题。为解决此问题,对零件的工艺系统和工艺过程进行全面分析研究,查找原因,提出解决方案。根据改进的工艺方案进行加工,问题得到解决,产品合格率达到100%。
Coaxiality deviation of supporting hole on a base part frequently appears after machining. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the process system and technological processes, finds the reason and pro- vides solutions to this problem. The problem is solved after the process improvement plan has been performed, and the product qualification rate has reached 100%.
