摘要
辽西地区生态环境在历史变迁中经历了由良好到恶化的嬗变过程。特别是在清朝中期以后,辽西地区由青山绿水变为穷山恶水,在生态环境变迁史中具有典型意义。文章通过对古代辽西地区生态环境嬗变、近代辽西地区生态环境恶化、当代辽西地区生态环境恢复的阐述,剖析辽西地区生态环境变迁的原因、经验及教训,为当前治理辽西地区生态环境提供历史的借鉴。
The western region of Liaoning Province has experienced a historical change in its ecological environment from a good condition to a bad one. In particular, from the mid-period of Qing Dynasty, it has changed from green mountains and rivers to desolate ones. The causes for the changes and the lessons learned from them are analyzed for the reference of those who intend to improve the ecological environment in the western region of Liaoning Province.
