摘要
企业文化的强化,可以促使企业员工与企业保持一致,实现员工的高度组织化,增强员工对企业的认同感与忠诚度。然而,企业文化自身却存在着刚性和惰性特征,强制推行一元的企业文化必然会造成对员工个体独立性的侵犯。对于员工个体独立性的保护,一方面顺应了人本管理的价值诉求,促进了员工主体性的彰显与自我个性潜能的实现,另一方面也有利于组织文化的变革与发展。建立在企业与员工个体之间融合共生基础上的价值观契合,可以实现员工个体独立性与企业文化的协调发展。
Strengthening corporate culture can promote employees to keep identical with enterprise, make employees highly regimented and increase the identity and loyalty of employees to enterprise. However, corporate culture itself is rigid and of inertia. Imposing a uniform corporate culture will inevitably cause a violation on employees'individual independence. For one thing, protecting the employees' individual independence comply with the value of humanistic management and promote the appearance of employees' subjectivity and the realization of the employees'potential self-personality; for another, it is also good for the reform and development of the organizational culture. The values fit, which is based on the fusion and symbiosis between employee and enterprise, could realize the coordinated development of employees' individual independence and corporate culture.
