摘要
根据大洋多金属结核中各主要元素的还原性差异,用碳作还原剂,在直流电弧炉中选择性还原熔炼大洋多金属结核,获得了合格的富锰渣产品和熔炼合金。富锰渣中锰收率达91 % ,铜、钴、镍、铁进入熔炼合金的比率分别为:96-73 % ,98-13 % ,98-53 % ,92-90 % 。
According to the differences in reducibility of major elements in ocean polymetallic nodules, selective reduction smelting of the nodules is conducted in a DC arc furnace using carbon as reductant, obtaining acceptable Mn enriched slag and smelted alloy. The recovery of manganese in the Mn enriched slag is up to 91%, and the ratios of Cu,Co,Ni,Fe in the smelted alloy are 96 73%, 98 13%, 98 53%, 92 90%, respectively.
