摘要
针对四川攀西 w( MnO) = 8-2 % 的稀土矿泥,采用SO2 作还原剂,在200 L 反应釜中进行预脱锰,在n(SO2) n( Mn) = 2-4 ,LS= 3∶1 的条件下,锰的浸出率为70 % 以上,而稀土及铁的浸出率分别小于1 % 及3 % 。锰浸出液除杂后采用碳酸氢铵沉淀得到碳酸锰产品, 产品纯度达到96-78 % 。脱锰矿泥与氯化铵按m(NH4 Cl) m( 矿泥) = 0-2 ~0-3 混合,在520 ℃下焙烧2-5 h ,稀土浸出率达到80 % 以上,比原矿泥直接氯化焙烧的回收率提高约40 % 。
In a zool reactor, removal of Mn from Panxi black slimes containing 8 7% MnO was conducted using SO 2 as reductant. At the n (SO 2)/ n (Mn) ratio of 2.4 and the L/S ratio of 3, the leach yield of Mn was above 70% and the leach yields of RE and iron are less than 1% and less than 3%, respectively. Purified Mn leach solution was precipitated using ammonium bicarbonate, obtaining maganese carbonate with a purity of 96.78%. The slime after manganese removal was mixed with ammonium chloride in the ratio of 0.2~0.3, and roasted for 2.5 h at 520 ℃,obtaining a RE leach yield of above 80%, which is 40% higher than the leach yield obtained by direct chloridizing roast of the original slimes.
