摘要
目的:观察加强型流动树脂修复恒磨牙窝沟龋的临床疗效。方法:选择双侧同名恒磨牙或相邻恒磨牙均已发生窝沟龋的患者85例共170个牙,采用自体对照法,随机选择一侧窝沟龋牙为实验组,对侧或相邻窝沟龋牙为对照组。去腐后实验组用加强型流动树脂Beautifil Flow Plus F03治疗;对照组采用传统光固化复合树脂BeutifilⅡpolymer治疗,治疗后6、12、18个月复查。采用改良的美国公共卫生署评价标准进行疗效评估,统计学分析。结果:2组在治疗后6、12个月,各项复查指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后18个月充填体完整性、边缘着色的成功率分别为98.78%和97.56%,对照组分别为90.24%和89.02%(P<0.05),在继发龋和术后敏感方面实验组无失败病例,对照组发生2例。结论:加强型流动树脂治疗窝沟龋优于光固化树脂。
AIM: To observe the clinical effects of high-intensive flowable composites in the treatment of pit and fissure caries. METHODS: 170 permanent molars with occlusal pit and fissure caries in 85 patients were in- cluded. After removal of the decayed tissue, the teeth on one side were treated with high-intensive flowable compos- itein Beautifil Flow plus F03 in the experimental group, and the adjacent teeth or contralateral teeth were treated with light-cured composite Beutifil Ⅱ polymer in the control group. The modified USPHS/Ryge criteria was used to evaluate the effects 6, 12 and 18 months after treatment. SPSS12.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. RE- SULTS: There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in each index 6 and 12 months after treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). 18 months after treatment the filling retention rate in the experimental and control groups was 98.78% and 90.24% ( P 〈 0.05 ), marginal discoloration 97.56% and 89.02% ( P 〈 0.05 ), respectively. No secondary caries and postoperative sensitivity was observed in experimental group, but 2 of each were observed in the control group. CON- CLUSION : High-intensive flowable composite is more effective in the treatment of pit and fissure caries than light-cured composite.
