Mesenchymal stem cells: a new favorite for immunomodulation

摘要 间充质干细胞不仅具有自我更新及多向分化等特性,近年来人们发现其还具有免疫调节能力,提示其在治疗免疫介导的相关疾病中有着一定的应用前景。本文重点就间充质干细胞与免疫系统的关系及其临床应用前景进行探讨。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) not only possess the properties of self-renew and multi-differentiation, but also have the property of immunomodulation, which implying their possible application in dealing with diseases mediated by abnormal immunity. We focus on the relationship between MSCs and the immune system and their clinical application prospects in this review.
