摘要
针对34Mn2V材质圆钢生产的气瓶在水压试验过程中产生的开裂,通过金相检验、化学分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等理化检验手段分析缺陷试样,确定引起开裂的原因是"铜脆";结合全流程的生产工艺,确定"铜脆"的铜来源于连铸机结晶器的冷却铜板。
Aiming at the situation that Gas cylinder that produced by 34Mn2V round bar cracked during hydrostatic test. The cracked sample was analyzed by metallographic, chemical, SEM and EDS. The results show that the fracture reason is copper brittleness. The copper is introduced by the copperplate of continuous caster mould according to the manufacture.
