摘要
以淬裂的50CrVA摩擦片为研究对象,借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了原始热轧态及淬火开裂后试样中的夹杂物、断口形貌和显微组织,分析了淬裂原因。结果发现:试样中含有的较多MnS夹杂、淬火后试样中碳化物形态的不均匀、产品的截面尺寸是造成产品淬裂的主要原因。建议通过控制进厂材料与球化退火工艺来防止淬火开裂。
The quenching crack of clutch friction flake was studied by OM and SEM. The inclusions, fracture surface morphology and microstructure of the original hot rolled sample and the quenched sample were analyzed. The mechanism of quenching crack was also discussed. The results show that the reasons for quenching crack are the inclusions of MnS in the hot rolled and quenched sampless; the uneven distribution of carbides and the sectional size of the sample for the quenching. Controlling the original steel and the ball annealing process can reduce or prevent the quenching crack.
