摘要
采用有限元软件模拟了不同板厚下,NM500高强薄钢板辊式淬火过程钢板温度、应力及变形变化规律。结果表明,随着板厚的增加,钢板厚度方向温差增大,冷却速度明显下降。钢板长度及宽度方向变形量随板厚的增加明显减小,钢板沿板宽的等效应力也随板厚的增加变得均匀。对5mm厚钢板进行分析,钢板板宽方向在开始阶段为两边上翘变形,随后变形反向。
The variation rule of temperature, stress and deformation of the NM500 plate with different thickness was simulated by finite element method. The results show that the temperature difference along thickness direction of the plate increases while the cooling rate decreases with the increase of plate thickness. The deformation along length and width direction of the plate decreases obviously with the increase of plate thickness. Besides, the equivalent stress alone width direction becomes uniform. The upwarping deformation appears first and then downwarping deformation appears along width direction of the 5 mm thickness plate.
