摘要
利用光学显微镜对ST12钢板在拉深及再结晶退火后的不同部位显微组织进行了观察。结果表明:ST12钢拉深后,圆角区域的铁素体晶粒发生了拉伸变形,直壁中间区域的组织演变与圆角部位相差不大,直壁口部的组织发生了压缩变形。拉深件经650℃×0.5 h的再结晶退火后,圆角区域的内侧没有发生再结晶,外侧为粗大的再结晶组织。ST12钢拉深件直壁的下部,铁素体组织严重粗大,该处的拉深变形为ST12钢再结晶退火的临界变形。
The microstructure of different sections for ST l2 steel sheet after deep drawing and subsequent annealing treatment was observed by optical microscopy. The results show that the tensile deformation of ferrite grains of circular angle section after deep drawing appeares, which is similar to that of the middle of vertical wall section. However, there is the compression deformation at the outlet microstructure of the vertical wall section. And then, after recrystallization annealing treatment at 650 ~C for 0.5 h, the crystallization does not occur at the interior side of the circular angle section, but there are the coarse recrystal grains at the outside. And these ferrite grains are considerably coarse at the foot of vertical wall section of the deep drawing parts. It meants that the deep drawing deformation at the section is the critical value of recrystallization annealing treatment for the ST12 steel sheet.
