摘要
运用力学性能测试,金相显微镜、扫面电镜观察等方法研究在铸造铝合金固溶强化过程中淬火水温对铝合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金试样强度和硬度与淬火水温有关,60℃淬火能够获得综合性能最优的合金材料;在该淬火水温下,合金试样的断裂方式主要是韧性断裂并伴随局部的解理,合金呈现出较好力学性能。
The mechanical testing, OM and SEM were used to study the effects of quenching water temperature during cast aluminum alloy solution and strengthening process on mechanical properties of the alloy. The results show that the strength and hardness of the alloy associates with temperature of quenching water. And at 60℃ of quenching water temperature, the best performance of the alloy material is obtained. Under the temperature of quenching water, ductile fracture and accompanied by partial dissociation are observed in the alloy specimen fracture and the alloy exhibits good mechanical properties.
