摘要
在氩气保护,真空条件下制备Mg-12Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Zr合金。通过金相组织观察、SEM、XRD和拉伸力学性能测试等手段,研究了轧制变形量对该合金的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随变形量增大,β-Li相逐渐减少,Mg2Gd相析出增多,且更加细小、弥散。材料的抗拉强度和伸长率明显提高,当变形量为40%、60%、80%时,材料的抗拉强度为134、141、153 MPa,伸长率为25%、29%、33%。
New kinds of Mg-12Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Zr alloys were prepared in vacuum condition under the protection of argon atmosphere. The effects of rolling deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by optical microscopy, SEM, XRD and tensile test. The results show that with the increase of rolling deformation, the small and diffused Mg2Gd phase precipitates more while f3-Li phase significantly reduces. The tensile strength and elongation improve remarkably. After 40%, 60% and 80% deformation, the tensile strength of the sample is 134MPa, 141 MPa and 153 MPa. The elongation of the sample is 25%, 29% and 33%, respectively.
