摘要
采用热膨胀法并结合金相-硬度法测定了高强钢筋HRB600的动态连续冷却转变曲线(动态CCT曲线),并对不同冷速条件下试样的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,当冷却速度为0.5-3℃/s时,显微组织由铁素体和珠光体组成:当冷却速度在3℃/s以上时发生贝氏体相变;当冷却速度达到10℃/s时,马氏体相变发生。获得理想组织与性能的控冷速度范围为0.5-3℃/s,这为600MPa级高强钢筋控冷工艺的制定提供了参考。
The dynamic CCT curves of high-strength steel HRB600 were detected by dilatometer and metallographic and hardness test. The microstructure and mechanical properties under different cooling rate were studied. The results show that the microstructure of HRB600 steel mainly consists of ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate is 0.5 ℃/s-3 ℃/s. The bainite starts to form when the cooling rate is more than 3 ℃/s, and the martensite starts to form when the cooling rate is more than 10℃/s. The ideal range of cooling rate is 0.5 ℃/s-3 ℃/s. The results can provide references for making cooling-controlled process of HRB 600 steel.
